问题

pip安装东西时遇到如下的问题：

方案

这种表现说明网速过慢，在网速没问题的情况下有两种可能，一种是你的pip要安装的包名字不对，导致无法识别出来，第二种可能是因为被墙了，当翻墙之后，就能下载了，我遇到的就是第二种情况。
