Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4

下载了最新的 Android Studio 3.1.4 ,直接使用主界面的菜单选项，导入 Eclipse 项目，打开 Android Studio 的 Terminal，输入 gradlew 命令，出现错误：

 

./gradlew tasks

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring root project 'FitQRDebug'.
> Could not resolve all files for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4.
     Searched in the following locations:
         https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/android/tools/build/gradle/3.1.4/gradle-3.1.4.pom
         https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/android/tools/build/gradle/3.1.4/gradle-3.1.4.jar
     Required by:
         project :

解决方法：

在项目的 build.gradle 文件中，添加 google() 依赖项，如下：

// Top-level build file where you can add configuration options common to all sub-projects/modules.
buildscript {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4'
    }
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
}

 

重新运行 OK。
