机械硬盘挂载报错：NTFS $MFTMirr does not match $MFT，解决方案

系统：ubuntu 22.04
问题：系统重启后，原来外置硬盘盒里硬盘无法挂载
报错：

NTFS $MFTMirr does not match $MFT
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc2': Input/output error
NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.

查看硬盘情况显示：
挂载移动硬盘提示“分区1未始于物理扇区边界”

解决方案：
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdc2
注意：这里的 sdc2 is the device name from error message
