感谢作者提供的相关补丁，解决了疑难
在下载了vmnet-3.19.patch补丁后并上传到Linux上在linux机器上执行以下命令即可。
cd /usr/lib/vmware/modules/source
sudo tar -xf vmnet.tar
sudo patch -p0 -i /tmp/vmnet-3.19.patch
mv vmnet.tar vmnet.tar.SAVED
sudo tar -cf vmnet.tar vmnet-only
rm -rf vmnet-only
vmware-modconfig --console --install-all
