maven项目出现如下错误Could not calculate build plan

CoreException: Could not calculate build plan: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.3.2 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:jar:2.3.2: ArtifactResolutionException: Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:pom:2.3.2 from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. 出现这个错误因为maven本地仓库中缺少maven-resource-plugin:2.6这个相应的依赖文件。解决方法如下

在eclipse中找到maven项目下的pom.xml文件打开，并添加如下内容

<plugin>
              <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
              <artifactId>maven-resources-plugin</artifactId>
              <version>2.5</version>
</plugin>

打开dos命令控制台，进入到maven项目的目录（包含有pom.xml文件这一层级），然后选择 maven install 回车后发现maven会自动下载缺失的文件。

下载完成后，在eclipse中右键maven项目-Maven-Update Project 勾选Force Update of Snapshots/Releases这个选项，点击OK按钮，发现错误已经消失。
