Timer控件实现图片闪烁

新建一个Windows窗体应用程序

修改窗体属性

[BackColor]：Windows

[FormBorderStyle]：FixedDialog

[MaximizeBox]：false

[MinimizeBox]：false

[size]：500,300

[Text]：闪动的图片

添加控件：Timer，PictureBox,ImageList控件

设置Timer[Interval] 属性为500.
