方法一
<router-link :to="{path: '/跳转的页面路由'}"  target="_blank"  tag="a">

 tag="a" 可以省去不写，默认也会解释为a标签

 "tag" 属 性 ：具有 tag 属性的 router-link 会被渲染成相应的标签
