Feeling a bit of tired today!

    Feel tired today! Maybe it is because I stayed up late last night.

    The coures of training today were not very difficult to understand. But it is very important to master the  programming in the platform. What I will master is the hierachy database, and its model, fields, parent pointer, child pointer concepts and so on. And master how hierachy database organized its data.

     I asked the instructor some questions this afternoon. One of the question I don not know how to express my meanings. I thinked  it through afterwards, I found even in Chinese I did not know how to express.

    A very important point needed to change in spoken english is to slow the speed of speaking. To speak every word as clearly as possible.    Organize  sentences   properly. this point may take time to learn, I have confidence to conquer it.

    After a long conversation with leader about english, I found that continuous learning english is very important. It is a long time process of learning english. keep on learning will make progresses, not a day or a week.  

     I find chatting with my leader is a very comfortable thing. He is a very good person. Chatting with him is diffrent from chatting other "big guy". He is more like an elder brother in the next door. He is not like other "big guy" who makes you feel too high to reach. He teaches you how to  learn something.  He also told you the situation when he was that time. That made you very comfortble and did not feel frustrated. He encouraged you to conquer the problem. I appreciate his virtue very much!
