2、说明
      1、xenc:CipherData的CipherValue，即是加密后的值，用来加密的密码是指定的，比如leave domain trigger的这个值为DomainKey。
      2、xenc:ReferenceList，是用来reference使用这个加密值的地方。
      3、ds:RetrievalMethod is used to indicate the location of a key with type &xenc;EncryptedKey，具体可参见http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/REC-xmlenc-core-20021210/#sec-eg-Arbitrary-Data.
