生物活性：Lenvatinib mesylate (E7080 mesylate)，一种口服多靶点酪氨酸激酶抑制剂，可抑制 VEGFR1-3、FGFR1-4、PDGFR、KIT 和 RET 显示出有效的抗肿瘤活性[1][2]。 

体外：Lenvatinib mesylate (E7080 mesylate) 对 VEGFR2(KDR)、VEGFR3(Flt-4) 和 VEGFR1/Flt-1 的 IC50 分别为 4、5.2、22 nM。 Lenvatinib 抑制 PDGFRα、PDGFRβ、FGFR1 和 KIT，IC50 分别为 51、39、46、100 nM[3]。

体内：Lenvatinib mesylate (E7080 mesylate) (100 mg/kg, po) 给药，贝伐珠单抗显着抑制 mfp 的局部肿瘤生长，在治疗结束时，Lenvatinib mesylate 也显着抑制区域淋巴结和远处肺的转移 [3].
Lenvatinib mesylate (E7080 mesylate) 在 30 和 100 mg/kg (BID, QDx21) 时以剂量依赖性方式抑制 H146 肿瘤的生长，在 100 mg/kg 时引起肿瘤消退H146 异种移植模型中的 kg。使用抗 CD31 抗体的 IHC 分析表明，100 mg/kg 的乐伐替尼比抗 VEGF 抗体和伊马替尼治疗更能降低微血管密度[4]。
