小程序开发，解决循环中的点击事件传item，打印为undefined的问题

小程序使用vue开发时，在v-for循环中使用click事件，给事件传递item参数时，无法获取item，但是传index就可以正常获取，页面也可以正常渲染

<view class='carnum acea-row row-center-wrapper' v-for="(item,index) in arr ">
	<view class="reduce" :class="item.numSub ? 'on' : ''" @click.stop='subCart(index)'>-</view>
	<view class='num'>{{item.cartNum}}</view>
	<view class="plus" :class="item.numAdd ? 'on' : ''" @click.stop='addCart(index)'>+</view>
</view>

在小程序端一直报错，无法打印出所需item，后修改为以下

<view class='carnum acea-row row-center-wrapper' v-for="(item,index) in arr ">
	<view class="reduce" :class="item.numSub ? 'on' : ''" @click.stop='()=>subCart(index)'>-</view>
	<view class='num'>{{item.cartNum}}</view>
	<view class="plus" :class="item.numAdd ? 'on' : ''" @click.stop='()=>addCart(index)'>+</view>
</view>

可以正常运行了
