第一行代码中过时的通知写法更正；

今天是我生命中第一次写博客，为什么了，因为我在第一行代码的时候发现里面的有些类已经过时消失用不了了，我会试着记录那些我所碰到的问题，希望一切可以变好。

书中原本的代码是：`NotificationManager manager=(NotificationManager)getSystemService(NOTIFICATION_SERVICE);
NotificationCompat.Builder mBuilder=new NotificationCompat.Builder(this);

            Notification notification=new Notification(R.drawable.mail,"This is ticker text", System.currentTimeMillis());
            notification.setLatestEventInfo(this,"This is content title","This is content title",null);                manager.notify(1,mBuilder.build());`

而现在的代码变成了：`NotificationManager manager=(NotificationManager)getSystemService(NOTIFICATION_SERVICE);
