Keras报错：You are trying to load a weight file containing 0 layers into a model with 16 layers.

报错如下：

ValueError: You are trying to load a weight file containing 0 layers into a model with 16 layers.

解决办法：主要是在我们在加载已经训练好的权重是，没有加上by_name=True

    if weights_path:
        model.load_weights(weights_path, by_name=True)
