springmvc helloworld错误记录

org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 38 in XML document from class path resource [springMVC.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 38; columnNumber: 28; 元素 "mvc:annotation-driven" 的前缀 "mvc" 未绑定。
	org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionReader.doLoadBeanDefinitions(XmlBeanDefinitionReader.java:402)

 错误原因：！！！元素 "mvc:annotation-driven" 的前缀 "mvc" 未绑定。缺少MVC的配置

正确配置如下
