mysql创建新用户并设权限命令

grant 权限1,权限2,…权限n on 数据库名称.表名称 to 用户名@用户地址 identified by ‘连接口令’;
控制到库级的命令示范：

找到mysql安装目录下的路径  如：E:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin

运行 cmd

C:\Documents and Settings\xfinal>

C:\Documents and Settings\xfinal>E:

E:\>cd Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin

E:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin>mysql -u root -p      此处的root就是以当前数据库root身份进入

Enter password: ******    此处填写当前的数据库密码
