Solutions to solve the problem:

Step 1: Create a copy of /etc/hosts

$ sudo cp /etc/hosts    /etc/hosts_2023_07_25
$ ls -l host*
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  213  1  1  2020 hosts
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    0  1  1  2020 hosts.equiv
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  213  7 25 09:29 hosts_2023_07_25

Step 2: Add the following two lines to /etc/hosts

$ sudo echo "# 解决Coursera 视频无法播放问题" >> /etc/hosts
$ sudo echo "54.192.130.80 d3c33hcgiwev3.cloudfront.net" >> /etc/hosts

Step 3. Display the file /etc/hosts

$ cat hosts
##
# Host Database
#
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.
##
127.0.0.1    localhost
255.255.255.255    broadcasthost
::1             localhost
