娱乐活动

Nowadays, in an era of information and technology, abundant recreational activities areavailable for people to release their stain and stress, ranging from sports tosurfing the internet. There is a hot debate going on arguing whether they aregood for the public or not, especially for college students.

现代，在信息科技时代，从体育到上网，丰富的娱乐活动可以缓解人们的紧张和压力。有一个热点争论是关于娱乐活动能否给人们带来好处，尤其是对于大学生。

As for such aquestion, different people hold different opinions. Some believe that recreationis helpful if we want to keep healthy physically and mentally. Also it goeswithout saying that various activities brought by modern technology havegreatly enriched our experiences and brought much excitement to us. There is anopposite voice, however, which claims these activities bring many problems. If wespend too much time on recreational activities such as sports and computergames, we might fail to concentrate on out duties such as studying and working,which in turn may lead to further consequences.

针对这一问题，不同的人有不同的意见。有些人认为，如果我们想保持身心健康，娱乐活动是有帮助的。科技带来的多种多样的娱乐活动丰富了我们的经历，带给我们刺激。但是有相反的观点声称这些娱乐活动带来了很多问题，如果我们花费了大量的时间来进行娱乐活动，比如说体育和电脑游戏，我们可能无法集中精力在我们的学习和工作上。这可能导致再进一步的后果。

As far as I’mconcerned, I hold the belief that recreational activities do more good thanharm. They do give us a good chance to relax, and thereby, make us study andwork more efficiently. As long as arranging the time reasonably, we are sure tobenefit more from recreational activities.

就我而言，我认为娱乐活动利大于弊。他们给我们带来了一个放松的机会，从而让我们学习和工作更高效。只要合理安排时间，我们确信从娱乐活动受益多多。
