The TO_LOB function can only be applied in the following ways:

*LONG or LONG RAW column.
*In the SELECT list of a subquery in an INSERT statement.

Therefore, in this case the TO_LOB function is only allowed within
INSERT statements.

所以，TO_LOB函數只能在insert語句的select部分使用，並且只對LONG或者LONG RAW字段有效。
