1. ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
解决方法：pip install -U --ignore-installed wrapt enum34 simplejson netaddr
2.import tensorflow时出现 Failed to load the native TensorFlow runtime
解决办法：改变protobuf版本没用，更新TensorFlow也没用，需要降级
pip install tensorflow==1.4 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/

这个方法没用：pip install --upgrade --ignore-installed tensorflow -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
