OpenCV多通道图像合并为单通道

很简单，一句代码的事

cv::cvtColor(mat, src, cv::COLOR_BGR2GRAY);

当然最后一个功能值的选择具体要看合并通道数量，以及输入图像通道的排列，我把值放在下面供参考
