git无法连接服务器报443错误

在python中安装一个包时，报了如下错误，SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443
详情如下：

(base) C:\Users\abc>pip install git+https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
Looking in indexes: https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
Collecting git+https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git
Cloning https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git to c:\users\abc\appdata\local\temp\pip-req-build-2oy4u481
fatal: unable to access ‘https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git/’: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443

后来看到说要在git里面设置为
$ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:9666”
或者
$ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:1080”
设置后，还是不行，后来改成了
$ git config --global http.proxy “localhost:1080”
后来可以连上了
