之前flutter自动获取依赖包都是正常的，今天突然卡住了，一致获取不到，尝试替换镜像也照样没有用，而且所有镜像均能够通过浏览器在国内访问。当配置好环境变量后，手动或自动执行 flutter pub get 后会使用无法正常下载依赖包，时间长了会出现下面的错误。这里需是你配置的 PUB_HOSTED_URL的网址，同时我们所需要的证书也必须是此网站的证书。至此，就完成了修改，然后重启vscode，再次执行命令，成功下载依赖。商业转载请联系作者获得授权，非商业转载请注明出处。使用chrome打开网站。
