目前比较好的Python版本是Python3.4.4，既能兼顾MySQL又能兼顾Django

MySQL Connector/Python Versions

实际上MySQL5.7.18对Python的Connector最高仅支持到Python3.4，Python3.5及以上版本是不能用的
