HttpClient Get请求简单调用

请求网络资源是耗时操作，为了避免anr错误，可以启用子线程发送请求并且用handler与主线程通信。

执行HTTP Get时，URL的长度不能超过2048字符，超过此长度应该考虑使用Post提交请求
