about Res folder doesn't exist in android project

today,the same problem find me secondly,Android Error: resource directory '...(dir)/res' does not exist,try all my methods to solve the error，but I cannot.

I think of the dir is the  most possible source of problem ，then  I try my best to find any details in my dir。 luckly ，i have solved the error ，because my problem is the path contain chinese character.
