Vagrant - up时出现error--vm内存不足

问题

退出VM，再进入时，画面显示

原因

内存不足，vm冥想中
此时ssh也连接不上，reload也无法启动

解决

通过virtualbox的管理工具关闭
管理者模式启动Powershell
