在使用.NET 加解密需要注意的问题

最近使用了又碰到了使用.NET Framework 加解密失败的问题, 记得在两年前也是同样的搞得我崩溃,没有想到好了伤疤忘了痛,现在又不记得在这个地方碰到了问题. 这一次我一定要记住并记在这里,让我记住,这是权限的问题,权限!!权限!! Power User或者一般用户可能没有访问Event Log,或者DCOM写信息权限就容易出现这个问题... 注意,一定要注意!!
