Android代码练习：用户注册界面

代码说明：该界面背景为相对布局，界面上的控件：用户名与密码部分为水平线性布局，性别文本通过textview显示，性别选择由radiogroup提供，注册按钮通过button显示。各控件的位置都是通过其它控件确定。
