重装系统之后，使用Win+R 运行'c:\Windows\SysWOW64\scktsrvr.exe /install'注册服务时发现以下错误:

原因：是当前用户的权限过低导致
解决方法:
    使用Win+ X在以下界面中选择

之后再次输入'c:\Windows\SysWOW64\scktsrvr.exe /install'就好啦.
