linux下安装apex

官方安装：
git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA/apex
cd apex
pip install -v --no-cache-dir --global-option="–cpp_ext" --global-option="–cuda_ext" ./2.
安装出错，显示ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1:

新方法：
git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA/apex
cd apex
python3 setup.py install
亲测成功！
