基于spring5.x ssm框架整合-POM配置

工程pom.xml文件如下：

1. 更新 mysql-connector-java 版本 从 5.1.39 --> 8.0.15 – 2019.4.28 修改

2. 更新mybatis 版本 ， 从 3.5.1 --> 3.5.0 ，为解决 可以使用 LocalDateTime 时间类 – 2019.4.28 修改

3. 增加redis --> 2019.4.29 修改
