github.com[xxxx]: errno=Connection timed out

 新下载的项目，在安装依赖npm install时

提示：

fatal: 无法连接到 github.com：
github.com[0: 13.229.188.59]: errno=Connection timed out

在git时，出现以上提示

原因：
需要用https才能读到数据

解决方法：输入命令
1. git config --global url."https://".insteadOf git://   （直接输入这段话就可以，不用去找项目的具体地址）

2. npm install

亲测有效，心塞啊 使用多种方式下载依赖都无效，最后选择执行上面的命令才解决了问题！
