点击Win pack下载Windows版本，opencv-3.4.0-vc14_vc15.exe

解压到某个目录

安装VS2015社区版 (VS2015=vc14)

VS2015社区版官方中文版下载：

VS2015中配置OpenCV

新建一个win32控制台工程，空项目，属性管理器

Microsoft.Cpp.x64.user，双击，

包含目录：

库目录：

工程附加依赖项，Debug: opencv_world340d.lib; Release:opencv_world340.lib

工程输出目录修改：

新添QeC01.cpp
