配置项目字符编码

spring.http.encoding.charset=UTF-8

spring.http.encoding.force=true

连接mysql数据库

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/数据库名?serverTimezone=UTC&characterEncoding=utf-8&useSSL=true
#数据库的用户名以及密码
spring.datasource.username=root
spring.datasource.password=root
spring.datasource.driver-class-name=com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver

热部署插件，在pom.xml中引入spring-boot-devtools即可
