Cannot open include file: 'targetver.h': No such file or directory

对于Cannot open include file: ‘xxxxx.h’: No such file or directory的问题，百度一大堆麻烦事情，最后都很难解决，但我们只要简单粗暴直接打开- 此电脑 - 搜索不能打开的‘xxxxx.h’ - 把它复制到你的工程目录文件下即可解决问题，不过不能根治，具体产生原因我还在研究中。
