关于三星手机拍照 获取的照片旋转处理

第一个参数就是旋转的角度，第二个参数为照片bigmap对象值；通过matrix.postRotate（）进行调整，然后再重新创建Bitmap，导出的照片就是你要的啦

目前拍照照片旋转的情况，我只在三星手机中遇到，其他手机还没有遇到
