        Android相机拍照上传图片文件过大问题--Bitmap压缩

由于现在的手机像素越来越高,导致拍下来的图片文件过大,在上传服务器的时候比较慢,或者很大导致无法上传,我们就用到了Bitmap压缩图片,也没什么效果图,废话不多说,直接贴代码,其实很简单,我封装好的一个工具类,你们直接调用里面的方法就可以.

因为我是在上传图片的时候,拍照或者选取相册视频要用到的,所以传入的是图片文件的路径,返回的也是图片文件的路径
