VS2010mfc调用VLC的SDK，播放RTSP流

最近在研究VLC的SDK，遇到了很多坑，给自己记录一下。
需要使用内容如下：
头文件vlc.h ；
静态链接库libvlc.lib以及libvlccore.lib；
动态链接库libvlc.dll以及libvlccore.dll；
vlc的SDK文件夹plugins（需要用到libavcodec_plugin.dll、liblive555_plugin.dll、libdirect3d_plugin.dll、libpacketizer_h264_plugin.dll、libdrawable_plugin.dll）
