smart_common_plus.XmlHelper.Insert(xmlpath, note, element, attribute, value);//添加

smart_common_plus.XmlHelper.Delete(xmlpath, note, attribute);//删除

smart_common_plus.XmlHelper.Read(xmlpath, note, attribute); //读取
