ssh spring can not find beans 错误

正常的配置如下：

但是在无法介入互联网的情况下，相关的命名空间无法访问，故可能会报错。网上查了半天说时让把相关的dtd下载到本地，然后配置如下：

【注】这是两个工程当中的配置文件，所以一个用的时3.0的版本，另一个时2.5，但原理都一样，不要以为是一个工程。

由此可见，所下载的文件在本地e盘。这样的话，在没有网络的情况下也能正常运行，ctrl+左键 分别跟进去就可以看到不同的效果。
