引入jar包

下载地址：http://repo.spring.io/libs-release-local/org/springframework/spring/

下载好后压缩包后，解压导入相应的jar包即可

编写HelloContorller.java

//@Controller 定义这个是借助xml中配置的 <context:component-scan>来识别Controller
