clion 或者idea 启动报cannot connect to already running ide instance process xxx is still running

mac昨天突然断电关机了，早晨开机启动后提示cannot connect to already running ide instance process xxx is still running，进入进程管理器中发现提示的进程id 是个系统进程并不是clion相关的进程，后来去官方找问题得到答案

The workaround is to either kill the process with id 2837 from the OS terminal, or delete the file called .lock from the IDE config directory.

软件异常关闭引起的.lock文件没有清除导致的。

mac下进入软件配置目录

/Users/youname/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/CLion2023.2

删除目录下的.lock文件，重新打开软件，解决问题

win下进入

1. C:\Users\youname\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2023.2
