  fixed by vim stackrc, GIT_BASE=${GIT_BASE:-git://git.openstack.org} 将这一行的源地址改为git://github.com
  and change ubuntu18.04 source and pip3 source https://www.cnblogs.com/Rightsec/p/11006081.html
  cd ~/devstack
vim inc/python
修改为 $cmd_pip $upgrade --ignore-installed -i "https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/"\
  ``
• service apache2 start failed
  fixed by service nginx stop
• wrapt could not be unintalled in python3.6
  fixed by
  pip3 install wrapt --ignore-installed
  and remove wrapt in requestment.txt
