注意：sudo gedit ~/.bashrc      以后将下两句写在打开文件中。
                     export PATH="/home/xupp/anaconda3/bin:$PATH"
                   source ~/.bashrc

3.tensorflow2.0安装：pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow

                    使用的是国内镜像，安装的是无GPU加速功能

安装过程中如果出现ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

解决办法：pip3 install wrapt --ignore-installed

令：注意使用的pip3给python3安装包

4.pycharm安装：

使用社区版免费安装

配置python解释器：https://www.jianshu.com/p/b53262833b34，连接到annconde
