CXF整合spring

maven依赖

spring-web-4.1.9.RELEASE（jdk8）配合cxf2.7.18（jdk7）使用
spring-web-4.2及以上 依赖的spring-aop的类有改变，会启动失败
程序可以在jdk7的环境跑起来
