将序列中的元素以指定的字符连接起来，成为一个新的字符串。
只要经过join进行合并的都是字符串。

对列表进行操作

# 对列表进行操作
>>> mylist = ['hello','python']
>>> type(mylist)
<class 'list'>

# 以 "," 进行连接
>>> newlist = ','.join(mylist)
>>> newlist
'hello,python'

# 连接成一个新的字符串
>>> type(newlist)
<class 'str'>

对字符串进行操作

>>> mystr = "hello python"
# 以 "," 进行连接
>>> newstr = ','.join(mystr)
# 全部打散，包括空格

对元组进行操作
