 网上大多数文章都说的是 tomcat8没有属性resourceEntries，换成tomcat7就好了

 

但是当线上服务器不能随便更换Tomcat版本的时候，我们可以通过以下方法快速解决这个报错

把struts.xml配置文件里面的value改为false即可。

这个配置说的是开发模式，当我们本地调试的时候可以把value设为true，如果Struts框架有报错的话可以在控制台看到；

但是如果是放在线上跑的话，为了安全性考虑，最好还是把value设为false比较好。
