nodejs连接mysql8.0.32版本报错：0 Error: ER_NOT_SUPPORTED_AUTH_MODE: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

修改加密规则为普通模式，默认是严格加密模式

1. mysql -u root -p
2. ALTER USER ‘root’@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘oldpassword’ PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;
3. ALTER USER ‘root’@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY ‘newpassword’;
4. FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
5. QUIT;
   使用新密码重新连接即可。

C:\Users>mysql -u root -p
