Windows注册exe程序为服务

将exe程序注册为Windows服务，两种方式：

1.使用nssm工具（http://nssm.cc/download）

.\nssm.exe install SERVICE_NAME EXE_PATH

2.Powershell脚本，参考自winlogbeat，改一下参数即可
