Project build error: Non-resolvable parent POM

eclipse 用svn  刚把项目 下载下载，然后  将项目转为maven项目时 pom 文件报错：<parent> 标签出报错：

下面的图是已经解决的图，为解决时出现小红点，并显示上面的报错相信。

解决方案： 本人在百度上找了好久各种办法都试了，如： 更新项目，更换parent版本，但是都不好用，最后本人就开始瞎琢磨

最终：

选中项目-》选中Run As -> 选中Maven test ，然后他就开始自动下载所有的包，下载完毕有，记得重新更新一下项目，然后就好了。我也不知道什么原因。你们可以尝试一下。
